All the products we distribute from local suppliers have a full 1 year walk in warranty and can be fixed on site or booked into the workshop.All products that are imported directly by ourselves,also have a 1 year warranty but may have to be sent overseas for the swop out or repair at our expense

Ordering Policy



Order processing will not begin until we have received a confirmed order and full payment of the purchase price, including VAT. Please refer to the Order Processing page for further details.

Delivery Policy



When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund monies paid in any way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making a purchase through our website.


Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
At times, we may send your items in multiple packages to complete the order.


Delivery of our products will take between 1-3 working days for national deliveries i.e. South Africa from the day your cleared funds are applied to your transaction.If it is an import you will be notified personally about  the delivery time as thay do take a bit longer.
Deliveries for SADAC Countries may take a further 7 days due to Customs Clearance. Goods will be delivered directly to the customer and delivery date will be as per discussion with customer once the transaction is authorized.No deliveries will be made until the payment has been confirmed by our bank.

In times of greatest market volatility and increased order volume customers may experience delays in processing, packaging and delivery.
Undeliverable packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.



Payment Option and Pricing



All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

Prices may change due to Rand (ZAR) Dollar (USD) exchange rate.

Africa Imports reserves the right to refuse an order when the confirmed price is incorrect, due to either computer-related problems or sudden movements in the market.


Africa Imports endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax.



Credit Card and EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)



These are the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via Credit Card or EFT. For a credit card payment you will need to load your credit card details and for an EFT you will have to load Penrite as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.



Refunds / Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we’ll either exchange or replace it, or credit your account.


1: Free exchanges & returns for 30 days

You can exchange or return your purchase within 30 days of delivery, completely free of charge. We want to make your online shopping experience hassle-free and fun. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.

To return an unwanted non-defective product, it must be:
Returned within 30 days of the product(s) being delivered
Undamaged and unused, with the original labels still attached

In the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition

Once we have received your return product and it has been cleared by "" Quality, your account will be credited, unless you requested a replacement or an exchange.


It’s important that any unwanted product, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that the product is undamaged and unused.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange if products are returned damaged, or not in a saleable condition.


2: Returning products that are not what you ordered

If an incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it’s not the product you ordered), we’ll arrange to collect the product from you, and we’ll deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.


Please don’t remove the product from its original packaging. Simply contact our customer service team on 011 440 0594 or email to notify us, and we’ll take care of the rest.


3: Returning defective or damaged products

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality. If you’ve received a product with a defect or fault, we’ll gladly replace the exact product at no additional cost to you. Where a replacement product is not available, your account will be credited.

Our 7-day drop-and-collect replacement promise entitles you to an immediate replacement of a damaged or defective product if the return is logged within 7 days of receipt. This means that for your convenience, our courier will collect the defective product whilst delivering your replacement. Please bear in mind that this might not be available for all products.

Our 6-month replacement warranty entitles you to have your product replaced at "" expense if the product is found to be defective or faulty, or unsuitable for the purpose generally intended.

If the product is found NOT to be defective or damaged, you will NOT be entitled to any replacement or credit, but will instead be liable for the costs incurred in having such a product returned to "", and then redelivered to you.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will NOT entitle you to any replacement or credit under the above 7-day drop-and-collect replacement promise, or the 6-month replacement warranty: faults resulting from normal wear and tear; damage arising from incorrect usage of the product.

Certain products may come with a supplier’s warranty in excess of "" 6-month replacement warranty. If so, this will be stated in the product listing on the site. If the product you received is found to be damaged or defective, and it is within the supplier warranty period, we’ll replace the product at our expense, or process an account credit if a replacement product is not available.


4: Non-returnable products

We can’t offer exchanges, replacements or account credits on the following products, unless they are faulty or not as described:

Cosmetics and fragrances where the original packaging has been opened, or where the seal has been broken.
Media products (including DVDs, CDs, video games and software) where the original plastic wrapping has been opened.
Products which have been personalised for you or made to your specifications.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products.
